2007 HLC self-study
"Following an extensive review of the self-study, associated resource materials, and interviews with all constituencies, internal and external to the institution, the team believes that the institution is meeting the five criteria for accreditation."
(2007 Report of a Comprehensive Evaluation Visit)
Wayne State University's accreditation was last reaffirmed in July 2007 by the North Central Association of the Higher Learning Commission (the HLC's predecessor organization), following a comprehensive evaluation visit in February 2007.
